Shipping policy

At Lolas Shoes, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. As part of this commitment, we offer free shipping to most of north America. The following outlines our shipping policy:

We currently offer free shipping to addresses within Canada and Continental U.S.A...

If you live outside of these zones you are encouraged to choose a shipping option with tracking. 

Important note regarding tariffs and duties for shipping outside Canada.

For shipping to the U.S.A., the customer will prepay during checkout and the website will reflect the total cost to the customer.

For other locations, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay all applicable duties or taxes on delivery, plus any applicable courier handling fee.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day following confirmation of payment. If an order is placed after 3:30 PM it may take an additional business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

All pre orders are shipped the day they are released by our supplier. In the product description it will state the estimated date.
